I introduced
Fantasy football to the UK in 1991, steering Fantasy League for the last three decades, as it established itself into the mainstream and the fabric of football. It was journey as challenging as it was rewarding, where I learnt as much about leading a business as I did about myself.
Over time
I've come to understand how important it is to get hold of who you are and what really matters, so you can become more purposeful and more yourself in everything you do.
Now
As a Coach, I support leaders towards a deeper understanding of themselves and their work, so they can create meaning and impact within their role, their organisation and their lives as a whole. I work with founders and leaders at every stage of their journey, with teams and businesses and with anyone facing a pivotal transition within their career.
